NNK Minnows Fillet was born from one of my father in law’s prizes from his days as a salesman. He asked me if I could clean and sharpen some of his knives and I obliged. Not sure how many I did for him that day, but I fell in love with this carbon steel fillet knife with bone handle from the mid 1970’s.
The Minnows is my version of the beauty that I seen that day. The Minnows Fillet is 10.5 inches long with a 6 inch cutting edge that is made from Nitro V stainless steel. Comes with Leather Sheath
